About
My name is Melanie Coupland
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware and Pennsylvania. I have a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Political Science. I offer virtual therapy services in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Therapy is an avenue for change, growth, and development.
I help individuals 18 + and couples with what is happening in the here and now. I incorporate mindfulness with cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems. Outside of work, I love going to the gym, spending time outside with my husband, daughter, and our two pugs.
